Since the formation of Glenwood Springs HOA in 2005, we've grown into a thriving neighborhood. It is filled with family and friends that work together in building our community into one of the most desirable in DeLand, FL. The features making us unique include a centrally located, tree-filled park with walking paths, playground, and pool. Adjacent to the park, is a lovely pond with a floating fountain that adds to the open spaces we enjoy throughout our community. These coveted features, combined with its convenience to shopping, dining and entertainment, prove to make Glenwood Springs a great place to call home.
Glenwood Springs Homeowners Association, Inc. is a Florida non-profit corporation. It was established for the maintenance of the common areas of the community, as well as providing architectural control and compliance with the governing articles of the Declaration. We have expanded our purpose to include the coordination of social events to help enrich relationships, and support the best interest of our homeowners for a stronger community. We keep our neighbors informed of all the important news and happenings that affect us here at Glenwood Springs so that we create a safer, supportive environment for our residents.
